With 30+ years of experience leading digital, cloud, and AI-powered transformations across global markets, I’ve built and scaled consulting practices, guided C-suite leaders, and led cross-functional teams to deliver results that accelerate innovation and operational performance.
My expertise spans AI, cloud computing, data platforms, application modernization, and technology-enabled operations. I bring a strong foundation in operations strategy, infrastructure, asset management, change leadership, and process reengineering, always with an eye on impact and execution.
My approach is deeply informed by the principles I explore in my book, Leading with Love: The Courage to Lead with Vulnerability, Empathy and Compassion. I believe the most lasting transformations are not just technological but also human, purposeful, and grounded in authentic leadership.
I hold a Stanford LEAD Certificate in Innovation and Leadership, which deepened my expertise in driving change and building innovative organizations. I also earned an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and dual degrees in Industrial Engineering.
